Our Story

Salvatore has worked in the restaurant business since he was 14 years old. This includes working as a busboy, waiter, host, maitre d’, and restaurant manager. Salvatore completed his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Stony Brook University in August 2007 and like many people got a job behind the desk, but in the back of Salvatore’s mind, he knew his heart was still in the restaurant business.

Adam started out working for Sal since Francesca Brick Oven Pizza & Pasta in Glen Rock, NJ opened in 2008 while he was in high school and then 8 years later partnering with Sal on this 2nd location in Elmwood Park. Adam is a local graduating from Glen Rock High School in 2009 and then honing his culinary skills and graduating from The Institute of Culinary Education in 2014.

Along with partners, Gino Reina and Jeff Lucca, we are all excited to come to Fair Lawn to bring fresh food, friendly service & community involvement.
